  • Cultural Intelligence

“You went above and beyond… You teach people how to do business in the U.S.… It’s very difficult to deal if you don’t know the cultural differences and the way you say things. And how to say it in a way that’s respectful to people but at the same time, speak up your voice and say what you think.”

  • Clear Communication

“It’s [coaching] been key in my development in communicating better overall… It definitely helps you with making sure you really own your accent, and you really embrace sometimes the fact that you’re not going to speak like a native speaker, but you’re still well-understood and the things you’re saying are very valuable.

  • Career Growth

“As a non-native English speaker, my goal has always been to have an American accent, but Tannia taught me that the better goal for a non-native English speaker is to focus on connecting with the audience and communicating clearly. With Tannia’s program, my confidence skyrocketed by 100%... Thanks to Tannia's guidance, I was not only able to succeed in landing my current job but also excel in it.”

Hi, I'm Tannia Suárez.

For nearly two decades, I've worked with senior, multilingual executives on the layer above language: the presence, precision, and command that determine whether their expertise actually reaches the room that needs it.

I grew up Mexican-American in New Orleans, moving between two languages and two cultures before I had the vocabulary to describe what that was doing to me. It's where I first learned that fluency was never the real gap. Command of the room is.

My clients don't just communicate more clearly. They walk into the board meeting, the investor call, the mandate they were quietly being considered for, and the room finally hears them the way they've always deserved to be heard.

Nearly twenty years in, that's still the work.
